About Stellar Mint Storm XL (45 mg as labelled) nicotine pouches
Stellar Mint Storm XL opens with a sharp, ice-cold sensation that hits the gum immediately, closely followed by a clean mint presence. The strength is pronounced from the start and gradually settles into a steady, cooling effect that persists through most of the half-hour session before tapering off toward the end. The mint character remains consistent, though slightly less intense as time passes.
The pouch itself maintains a firm, moist construction that resists breaking down or running. It holds its shape well against the gum throughout the experience, ensuring the moisture and flavour release stays controlled and steady. The cooling effect arrives concurrently with the mint, reinforcing the initial impact before easing into a smoother finish.

Stellar Mint Storm XL (45 mg as labelled) flavour profile
The notes on Stellar Mint Storm XL (45 mg as labelled) are cool mint.
No meters on this can. They are scored from a tasting here and this one is still in the queue, so the flavour named above is the maker's rather than ours.
Ice cold and mint is carried by 28 cans here from 8 different makers, 8 of them ZYN's own — which is the comparison most people arriving on this site are making.
Stellar Mint Storm XL (45 mg as labelled) is one of the cans whose maker puts out no measured sheet, with no per-gram concentration, pouch weight and portion size stated, so we leave the gap where it is rather than fill it with a figure we could not defend. Where a maker does publish them, you will find them on that can's own page.
How to use Stellar Mint Storm XL (45 mg as labelled)
- 1
Open the can
Unscrew the lid and lift out one pouch (a can holds 24). Put the lid straight back on: nothing dries a can out faster than leaving it open on the side.
- 2
Put it under your lip
Slide it flat between the upper lip and the gum, over towards one side. It ought to stay where you put it and stay hidden. There is no chewing involved and nothing to swallow. Stellar Mint Storm XL (45 mg as labelled) releases on its own once it is in place.
- 3
Leave it in
A tingle in the first minute or so is ordinary and it fades. Most pouches are spent inside the hour, and you can shift it about or lift it out at any point.
- 4
Bin it when you are done
Lift it out and bin it. Most cans build a sealed section into the lid for used pouches, which is exactly what it is there for. Do not put one down the toilet, because it will not break down and it will block the drain.

Lid on, can upright, out of direct sunlight. A drawer or a kitchen cupboard does the job. Refrigerating keeps pouches moist for longer if you have bought several, though it is not necessary. Store every can where children and pets cannot reach it.
