Browse the shop, add products to your cart, and check out by Interac e-Transfer or crypto. You'll get an order confirmation by email right away, and a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

Two: Interac e-Transfer and cryptocurrency. We do not take credit or debit cards. Canadian customers pay by e-Transfer from their own online banking — choose it at checkout and we'll give you a reference code to put in the transfer's message field so we can match your payment to your order, then the parcel ships once it clears. Crypto is available through NOWPayments — BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT and more — and crypto orders take a discount off the order total. Because we never take card details, there is no card number for us to receive, handle or store.

Pick e-Transfer at checkout and we'll show you the exact amount, the address to send to, and a reference code like ZN-7K4M2Q. Send the transfer from your online banking with that code in the message field — it's how we know which order the money belongs to. We confirm by hand, usually within a few hours, and your order ships as soon as it clears. Orders are held 48 hours while we wait. e-Transfer is Canadian banking only, so US orders pay with crypto.

There's no minimum order. To keep orders personal-use only, we may limit unusually large orders — if you run a business and want wholesale quantities, contact us instead.

Email apollopouches@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your parcel hasn't shipped yet, we'll happily change or cancel it.

Most Canadian addresses receive their order within 2–4 business days. The per-province table is on our shipping page. US orders show a delivery estimate for each carrier service at checkout, and can be held briefly at the border for customs. Remote areas can take a little longer. Every order includes tracking.

Shipping is free on orders over CA$150 — that covers the cheapest service at checkout, and upgrading to a faster one costs only the difference. Below that, the exact rate is calculated at checkout based on your address.
