A short code your audience types at checkout for 10% off full-price cans. The order is credited to you at the same 30%.
This is the one that works in a video, on a podcast, or when somebody screenshots your post, and a link cannot survive any of those. Ask for a code on the form and we issue it when you’re approved.
The rate never moves. The window does.
Every tier pays 30%, which is why we can put one number on this page. What cleared sales buy is attribution: a longer window between somebody reading your work and buying. It is the one term a competitor with a bigger budget cannot simply out-bid, because it costs us nothing on traffic that was never going to convert.

Cleared means paid, or past its 30-day hold with no refund, never orders merely placed. A tier is never taken away: if a refund drags you back under a threshold you have already crossed, you keep the window.

Questions
What exactly is the commission calculated on?+
Your commission base is a set share of the products in an order, taken after any discount. Tax and shipping never count towards it: tax goes to a government and shipping goes to a carrier, which is the same boundary the rest of this shop draws. None of it has to be taken on faith. The dashboard lays out the products, your base, the rate and the result together for every order, and the email we send when a sale lands repeats them, so the arithmetic is always yours to check against what arrived.
Why do you review applications instead of approving instantly?+
Because anyone promoting nicotine on our behalf is, for that moment, us. We answer for the placements you pick and the claims you make, so we would rather see where you intend to post before it is live. One business day, and you get an answer either way. It is not about audience size, and there is no minimum.
What happens if someone clicks my link and buys three weeks later?+
You still get paid. Attribution lasts 90 days from the click and grows to as much as 365 days as your cleared sales accumulate. The longer window covers clicks already in flight rather than only future ones, so earning it reaches back over work you did months ago.
Can I use the link and the code together?+
Yes, and most partners run both, with a link in the description and a code in the video. If somebody arrives through your link and then types a different partner's code, your click takes it: it came first and it is the stronger signal, so that is what we attribute on.
What if an order is refunded?+
The commission comes back off. That is exactly what the 30-day hold exists for, and the arrangement runs both ways, so once a payout has left us it is yours and we will not come asking for it afterwards.
Do I need an audience?+
No. One of the options on the form is "no public audience, I recommend to people directly", and plenty of partners pick it. If the people around you already ask where you buy, that is a channel.
What am I not allowed to say?+
No claim that pouches are safe, safer, healthy, harmless, or a way to quit smoking or vaping. No promoting to anyone under 21, on any platform where that cannot be true. Those two are the whole reason we read applications, and they are not warnings we give twice.
How and when do I get paid?+
Commission is logged the moment an order is paid, held for 30 days, then becomes payable and leaves on the next run by Interac e-Transfer, PayPal or crypto. The dashboard separates what is held, what is payable and what has already gone.
Does my code work on the sister shop?+
It does not. The warehouse and the catalogue are shared with another storefront under the same ownership; nothing about the programme is. Partner accounts, referral codes, cookies, cleared balances and payouts here are Zyn Canada's own records, held in this shop's own database schema, and a click or a code landing on the other shop credits nobody here. Promoting both means applying to both: two programmes, two dashboards, two payouts.
