How to use LOOP Smooth Mint Extra Strong (11.8 mg)

1. 1

   Open the can

Unscrew the lid and lift out one pouch (a can holds 20). Put the lid straight back on: nothing dries a can out faster than leaving it open on the side.

2. 2

   Put it under your lip

Slide it flat between the upper lip and the gum, over towards one side. It ought to stay where you put it and stay hidden. There is no chewing involved and nothing to swallow. LOOP Smooth Mint Extra Strong (11.8 mg) releases on its own once it is in place.

3. 3

   Leave it in

A tingle in the first minute or so is ordinary and it fades. A slim pouch is generally spent after 30 to 60 minutes, and you can shift it about or lift it out at any point.

4. 4

Bin it when you are done

Lift it out and bin it. Most cans build a sealed section into the lid for used pouches, which is exactly what it is there for. Do not put one down the toilet, because it will not break down and it will block the drain.
