About Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) nicotine pouches
Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong begins with a quick release of nicotine that peaks within the first minute, accompanied by a pronounced blueberry flavour. The sensation of coldness emerges slightly before the flavour, settling mainly along the front of the gum. The middle portion maintains a steady balance of taste and strength, while the tail slowly diminishes, leaving a faint berry note.
The pouch is moderately moist and densely packed, retaining its shape well against the gum without running or leaking. The texture remains consistent through the half-hour session, ensuring comfort and minimal movement. The burn is noticeable but controlled, centered toward the inside lip rather than the gum surface.
What are Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) nicotine pouches?
Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) comes from Helwit and is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch, sold here in the slim format at about 0.48 g a pouch.
A slim pouch is narrow and long, so it follows the curve of the gum instead of balling up in one spot.
Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) flavour profile
The notes on Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) are soft, jammy blueberry.
No meters on this can. They are scored from a tasting here and this one is still in the queue, so the flavour named above is the maker's rather than ours.
Blueberry is carried by 5 cans here from 5 different makers, one of them ZYN's own — which is the comparison most people arriving on this site are making.
Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) effects and strength
One Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) pouch is dosed at 7.5 mg of nicotine, which works out at 15.6 mg per gram, denser than 53% of everything else here.
Give it 30 to 60 minutes under the lip. The bulk of what a pouch has to offer arrives in the first stretch.
How to use Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg)
- 1
Open the can
Unscrew the lid and lift out one pouch. Put the lid straight back on: nothing dries a can out faster than leaving it open on the side.
- 2
Put it under your lip
Slide it flat between the upper lip and the gum, over towards one side. It ought to stay where you put it and stay hidden. There is no chewing involved and nothing to swallow. Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) releases on its own once it is in place.
- 3
Leave it in
A tingle in the first minute or so is ordinary and it fades. A slim pouch is generally spent after 30 to 60 minutes, and you can shift it about or lift it out at any point.
- 4
Bin it when you are done
Lift it out and bin it. Most cans build a sealed section into the lid for used pouches, which is exactly what it is there for. Do not put one down the toilet, because it will not break down and it will block the drain.
Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg): frequently asked questions
What is Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg)?
Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) is Helwit’s tobacco-free nicotine pouch, flavoured with soft, jammy blueberry, at 7.5 mg of nicotine per pouch. You park it under the top lip and leave it there. Nothing burns and nothing is inhaled.
How much nicotine is in Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg)?
Each pouch holds 7.5 mg of nicotine, or 15.6 mg per gram, which we label strong strength. The nearest ZYN dose we carry is 6.5 mg, so this one is the stronger of the two.
What does Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) taste like?
Soft, jammy blueberry. No meters on this can. They are scored from a tasting here and this one is still in the queue, so the flavour named above is the maker's rather than ours.
How long does a Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) pouch last?
Reckon on 30 to 60 minutes for a slim pouch. The first 20 to 30 minutes carry most of what it has to offer; beyond that you are keeping it in place rather than getting more out of it.
Does Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) contain tobacco?
No. Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) is a white pouch through and through: plant fibre plus nicotine, flavouring and sweetener, and no leaf at all. With no leaf in it there is nothing to mark your teeth the way older oral tobacco does, and nothing to spit either.
How should I store Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg)?
Lid on, can upright, out of direct sunlight. A drawer or a kitchen cupboard does the job. Refrigerating keeps pouches moist for longer if you have bought several, though it is not necessary. Store every can where children and pets cannot reach it.
Where can I buy Helwit Blueberry Extra Strong (7.5 mg) in Canada?
Right here. The stock is ours, it leaves from British Columbia, and we post across Canada with shipping free over CA150. Order before 2 PM PT and it goes the same business day, tracked.
